Is the demo really free?
Yes. The demo signs individual documents with an ephemeral signing certificate inkbak generates on the fly. No account, no card. The signed PDF you download is fully PAdES B-LTA — same standard as the paid product.
Will my signature still verify after launch?
Yes. The cryptographic chain inside the signed PDF doesn't depend on inkbak staying online. The signer's certificate chains to a trusted root; the TSA timestamp chains to AATL. A signed PDF created today verifies the same way ten years from now.
What about my Drive integration?
The Drive auto-save flow is part of the paid product, not the demo. Once you have an account, you connect Google once and signed PDFs land in your Drive automatically. We never see the documents — the upload happens directly from your browser via the Google Drive API.
Can I bring my own AATL certificate?
Yes — the Enterprise tier supports bring-your-own signing certificate. Adobe Reader will show "Signature is valid · Signer's identity is valid" without any manual trust import, because your AATL certificate is already trusted by every Acrobat install on earth.
